Construction modifications of buildings H1 and H2

The University Hospital Olomouc in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the implementation of comprehensive reconstruction and building modifications, including the construction of two new extensions to the existing buildings H1 and H2 on the premises of the University Hospital in Olomouc. The construction modifications and extension of the existing six-storey building H1 will be carried out on all above-ground floors and, in connection with the new extension, a partial extension will also be made on the existing roof. Inside the building, bed capacities will be increased and the standard of healthcare provided will be improved thanks to the new construction and operational solution. As now, the in-patient units of the oncology clinic and the clinic of pulmonary diseases and tuberculosis (KPNT) will continue to be located here. The extension to the existing five-storey building H2 will expand the existing operation of radiation rooms and a CT simulator with magnetic resonance under the responsibility of the oncology clinic on the 1st floor, while a new in-patient unit for comprehensive supportive care, also of the oncology clinic, will be created on the 2nd floor, and on the 3rd floor. A new intensive care unit (ICU) of the pulmonary clinic is proposed for the NP. The existing operations of the radiation and brachytherapy rooms and bronchology will be maintained to the maximum extent possible during the construction period. On the 2nd floor of the existing part of the H2 building, there will be new changing rooms, on the 3rd floor there will be an X-ray examination room, on the 4th floor there will be an outpatient clinic and a KPNT inpatient unit, and on the 5th floor there will be a medical physics workplace (LFRO), a pain outpatient clinic and a KARIM inpatient unit.
