Předmětem služeb dodavatele je výkon činností souvisejících s realizací Díla, a to při provádění demolice stávajících objektů a následné výstavbě nového laboratorního objektu zhotovitelem stavby a dále při realizaci transportního systému klinických vzorků (potrubní pošty) (dále jen „Potrubní pošta“) zhotovitelem Potrubní pošty. Dodavatel bude v rámci plnění Smlouvy vykonávat vůči oběma zhotovitelům činnosti stanovené Smlouvou, a to v rozsahu nezbytném pro řádnou realizaci jednotlivých částí Díla.
