A reconstruction of the cement concrete cover is proposed, including the full-area treatment of the base layers. In principle, the repair is based on the procedure applied as part of the modernization of the D1 motorway. Repair procedure: ⦁ Removal of the existing cement concrete cover ⦁ Milling of the existing cemented base layer with the required transverse slopes to a height level of 390 mm below the required surface. ⦁ Recycling of part of the remaining base layer cold in place, RS C3/4 C, layer thickness 120 mm. ⦁ Construction of the cemented base layer from cement-bonded aggregate, SC C8/10, layer thickness 120 mm. ⦁ Construction of the cement concrete cover, CB I (two-layer), layer thickness 270 mm. The roadway is designed based on the following input parameters: ⦁ 30-year service life with maintenance ⦁ TDZ traffic load class S (traffic intensity from the 2020 national transport census: TNV = 14,993 vehicles/day with tender notice no. 666221-2026 published on 29 Sep 2026.
