The Association of HR Professionals of the Czech Republic, zs in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public procurement is the provision of services by the selected participant, which include the provision of further professional education - implementation of training courses related to the development of knowledge, skills, and competencies required for the performance of a specific occupation, with emphasis on supporting individuals over 55 years of age and digital skills. Additional supported and unsupported education as per call 071 OPZ+. The indicative specification of training for members of the Common Providers is provided in section D of this tender documentation, thereby ensuring the implementation of the above specified Training Projects in accordance with their conditions, with services including mainly: - Management and coordination of participants involvement in training activities in accordance with the grant program conditions; - Preparation of all documentation related to the implementation of training courses and the involvement of individual participants in training; - Preparation, implementation, and evaluation of training courses; - Preparation and distribution of materials for participants; - Ensuring attendance sheets with signatures of participants and instructors for each course; - Provision of course content documentation for each course; - Ensuring monitoring sheets from each participating participant; - Issuance of printed course completion certificates for each successful participant in accordance with OPZ+ and the Contractors rules, and providing electronic copies of these certificates; - Ensuring audio recordings and software tool outputs for online courses; - All costs for the implementation and teaching team, training equipment, instructional materials, and aids, etc.; - Ensuring technical equipment and facilities for course implementation according to the type of instruction; - Costs for providing training rooms and light refreshments for participants from Common Providers in the case of their participation in open public courses; - Activities that are necessarily required for the proper conduct and completion of training in accordance with this Agreement and are derived from standard practices for the implementation of training services of a similar nature. The maximum volume of training person-hours within this part of the tender is as follows: - 27,426 person-hours for SPČR; - 27,426 person-hours for AOAČR; - 27,426 person-hours for KPŠV; - 27,426 person-hours for KPMS. The actual volume of services provided will be determined by the actual needs of the Common Providers. Common Providers are not obligated to take services in the total anticipated volume of person-hours, and the supplier is required to adapt to the current demand from Common Providers.
