To ensure security, the contracting authority requires the following minimum staffing: • 1 security manager • 1 worker per day shift • 1 worker per night shift – guard with a service dog 4.1 Střelecký ostrov Střelecký ostrov is located under the Legií bridge. The area of ​​the publicly accessible part is approximately 2.5 ha. Cultural, social and sports events are occasionally held on the island (the organizers of these events arrange security themselves, only coordination/cooperation is required). The southern part of the island is not freely accessible to the public. The island's operating hours: • from April 1 to October 31: 6:00–23:00, • from November 1 to March 31: 6:00–20:00. The scope of performance includes in particular: • continuous physical security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; • daytime security, supervision of security and compliance with the visiting rules; • night security performed by a guard with a service dog, night security starts after the end of the island's operating hours until 6:00 a.m.; • management of the island, furniture and technical equipment in the publicly accessible part; • supervision of the elevator operation and cooperation with the elevator administrator, the elevator is not in operation in January and February of the relevant year due to a technological break; • cooperation during events to the extent and under the conditions precisely defined in Appendix No. 4. The security facilities are equipped with kitchen furniture, a refrigerator, a kettle, a two-burner electric stove, a microwave oven, a desk and a monitor for monitoring camera outputs. In the period from November 1 to February 28, the toilet is used only by security; The contractor provides toiletries and regular cleanliness of these areas. Outside this period, another contractor provides management and cleaning. Cleaning of the park and management of greenery is provided by another contractor of the contracting authority. 4.2 Kampa Children's Playground The Kampa Children's Playground is fenced, designed for small children and equipped with a drinking fountain and a play element for children with disabilities. Operating hours of the playground: • from April 1 to October 31: 8:00–20:00, • from November 1 to March 31: 8:00–17:00. The scope of performance includes in particular opening and closing the playground, checking the safety of its premises, cleaning the area of ​​common dirt, sand preparation, winter cleaning of the access road and daily visual inspection of the play elements. The contractor shall immediately mark any detected defect, notify the contracting authority and record it in the operating log.
