A detailed description of the performance of Part I of the public contract in the form of a technical specification of the requested performance is annex no. 1 to this tender documentation. A detailed description of the performance of Part II of the public contract results from the binding draft contract for this part of the public contract, which is annex no. 3 to this tender documentation and annexes no. 1 and 2 of the technical specification of the requested performance forming annex no. 1 to this tender documentation describing the technological solution of the existing Sports Registry. The commercial terms and conditions for each part of the public contract are set out in annexes no. 2 and 3 of this tender documentation as separate binding draft contracts for the relevant parts of the public contract.
