The main objective of the modernization of the construction is greater reliability and safety in ensuring the operation of trams. . The necessary replacements and exchanges of technology to ensure the reliable operation of the tram line consist primarily in the replacement of traction transformers TT1, TT2, TT3, TVS, repairs of the 22kV HV switchboard, replacement of rectifiers GU1, GU2, GU3, replacement of the electrical installation in the transformer building, installation of air conditioning and construction modifications to the transformer building. All construction work will be carried out during full tram operation.
