Description : The subject of this contract is to perform the Work consisting of the preparation of the Project Plan and the Project Documentation for the construction permit (hereinafter referred to as the "DPS"), according to the specification set out in Annex No. 3c) of the Contract for the Work (Special Technical Conditions) and hand it over to the Client, as well as ensuring the performance of the Designer's Supervision during the preparation of the Project Documentation for the construction. The DPS will also include ensuring all activities of the coordinator of safety and health protection at work on the construction site in the preparation phase, i.e. when processing the DPS according to the specification set out in Annex No. 3b) of the Contract for the Work (General Technical Conditions). The Work will be processed in the BIM mode and the Work thus includes the creation of an Information Model according to Annex No. 11 of the Contract for the Work, the BIM protocol, including all its annexes.
