Celková koncepce dokončení sanace je uvažována v následujících krocích: - odstranění kontaminovaných konstrukcí v prostoru bývalé galvanovny, - odtěžení zemin nesaturované a saturované zóny ve zmapovaném ohnisku kontaminace PCE v prostoru bývalé odmašťovny, - stavebně-sanační čerpání podzemních vod z výkopu a jejich přečištění na sanační stanici, - závoz výkopu, - dočištění podzemních vod v ploše zmapovaného kontaminačního mraku prostřednictvím jednorázové aplikace oxidačního činidla, - monitoring podzemních vod v délce trvání 3 měsíce, - zpracování účelové analýzy rizik (ÚAR) s cílem posoudit rizikovost zbytkové kontaminace podzemních vod pro vytipované recipienty - ÚAR není předmětem této VZ a bude zpracována nezávislým subjektem samostatnou VZ; - práce zahrnuté do vyhrazené změny závazku – sanace in-situ formou kombinace ventingu a air-spargingu v prostoru ohniska kontaminace PCE v bývalé odmašťovně, - postsanační monitoring. with tender notice no. 482017-2026 published on 13 Jul 2026. Předmětem této veřejné zakázky je provedení činností dle projektové dokumentace s názvem „Dokončení sanačního zásahu v areálu NEAL s.r.o. (bývalá Chirana) Praha 4 – Modřany“, zpracované v říjnu 2022 (aktualizace prosinec 2023) společností G-servis Praha, spol. s r.o. Třanovského 622/11 Praha 6 – Řepy, 163 00, která je přílohou č. 3 ZD.
