Dvě učebny (A303, A304) v 3.NP bude možné propojit v jeden velký celek. Další učebny (A107, A108, A203, A204) na východní straně bude možno rozdělit akustickým předělem na dvě menší. Hlavním objektem etapy C je nová přístavba tělocvičny standardních rozměrů (17,15x30,16m). Pod tělocvičnou je uvažováno s podzemním parkingem (23stání). Objekt je uvažován jako monolitický železobetonový.
