Dynamic purchasing system for the provision of supervision services in the SEZ area

The Ministerstvo financí in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS will be the provision of supervisory activities, i.e. control activities and related services in the implementation of public contracts for the removal of old ecological burdens (hereinafter referred to as "SEZ") for the Ministry of Finance as the client. The provision of supervisory activities means, in particular, the supervision of the implementation of public contracts in the SEZ area by another supplier. The requested services may include, in particular, the following activities: • checking the effectiveness of the implemented work and its progress, • checking the use of the approved budget and compliance with unit prices, • checking the compliance of the implemented work with approved projects and checking compliance with prescribed and approved technological procedures, • checking the compliance of the implemented work with legislation and with the requirements of state administration bodies, • checking the scope and quality of the work and achieving target parameters, • issuing a supervisory opinion on all proposed changes and adjustments to the work process, to the processed sub-projects, project supplements and to changes in procedures and technologies with an assessment of their impact on quality, • checking the time of completion and the price of the implemented work; • issuing supervisory opinions on partial reports, stage reports and the final final report of the supplier of the inspected contract with conclusions and recommendations; • preparing a partial supervision report for quarterly inspection days, evaluating the progress and fulfillment of the objectives of the work carried out in a given period of time with conclusions and recommendations for their further course; • preparing initial documentation on supervision activities, a final report on the results of supervision activities with conclusions and recommendations; • monitoring and evaluating new facts affecting the course of the inspected work; • checking further management of waste removed by external facilities; • representatives of supervision will actively participate in monthly and quarterly inspection days (at the place of performance of the public contract) and, if necessary, invoicing days and other meetings; • making entries in the SEKM database in accordance with the instructions of the administrator of the said database. The subject of public contracts awarded in the DNS may also include related services such as: • Coordination of occupational health and safety, which will be carried out in accordance with currently effective legal regulations; • Peer assessment of project documentation, feasibility studies, risk analyses or other documents created during the implementation of the SEZ; • Survey and monitoring work, sampling to determine the current state of pollution or its development and related necessary activities; • Preparation of implementation projects for supervision activities as a basis for awarding a public contract for supervision, including searches and itemized budgets.
