Součástí dodávek integrační platformy (ESB) jsou rozhraní a služby pro napojení na infrastrukturu systémů a služeb Akreditované afinitní domény (AAfD), Národního kontaktního bodu pro eHealth (NCPeH) a Integrovaného datového rozhraní elektronického zdravotnictví (IDRR), případně na další centrální služby. Předmětem dodávek pro jednotlivé subjekty dle jejich odborností je nemocniční informační systém (NIS), dodávka a implementace integrační platformy (ESB) pro eHealth, která zajistí sdílení zdravotnické dokumentace mezi nemocnicemi NPK, napojení informačních systémů nemocnic na výměnné sítě, centrální digitální služby elektronického zdravotnictví (IDRR).
