Electrification of the Havlíčkův Brod – Ždírec nad Doubravou – Hlinsko line

The Railway administration, state organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The aim of the Work is the simple electrification of the Havlíčkův Brod – Hlinsko v Čechách section (inclusive) and the line section of the Tunel – Kubešův Mlýn section. The construction will include the construction of a new traction line, the replacement of inadequate cabling, the construction of a new switching station at the Havlíčkův Brod substation and the modification or replacement of inadequate road overpasses. The subject of this public contract is also the provision of related project activities, namely the processing of the project documentation for the construction. The project documentation for the construction is understood to be the project documentation for the construction according to the internal regulation of the contracting authority, the SŽ directive SM011 Documentation of constructions of the Railway Administration, a state organization and according to Annex No. 1 and No. 3 of Decree No. 227/2024 Coll., in its complete scope specifying the construction in technical, economic and architectural details, which are clearly defined by the subject of the public contract according to the tender documentation. The project documentation will determine the material, material, construction engineering, technological, layout and operational properties of the work and the quality taking into account the impact of the construction on the environment and enable the preparation of a list of works with a statement of measurements, a detailed itemized budget for individual objects of the construction part (SO) and objects of technical and technological equipment (PS) and a comprehensive budget as a basis for partial invoicing during the construction. The project documentation will respect the approved documentation for the Project Plan, including approved investment costs. The project work includes all activities and documents ensuring comprehensive public law negotiations, negotiations with the owners of the affected real estate and securing all necessary documents and certificates necessary for issuing a construction permit (if necessary for the performance of the public contract), based on the clients power of attorney. The contractors activities also include the performance of designer supervision within the meaning of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended. The contractor shall, within the framework of the processing of the project documentation, ensure the processing of the documents for the implementation of the construction in the required quantity and form. The contractor shall ensure the processing of applications for the necessary design permit and ensure its issuance, if necessary for the performance of the public contract.
