The construction will include the restoration of parts of the railway infrastructure and the railway transport management and security system in order to ensure the safety of railway transport and passengers. The restoration of the railway infrastructure in the ŽST Žulová district involves the restoration of the flood-damaged railway superstructure, substructure and railway platform, the restoration of the damaged wings of the railway bridge at km 13.279, the restoration of the damaged retaining wall protecting the body of the railway embankment in the area where the railway line and the Vidnavka riverbed meet, and the restoration of the railway culvert inserted in the retaining wall at km 12.766. As part of the restoration of the railway infrastructure in the section between the railway stations Žulová and Velká Kraš, the damaged wing will be restored and the abutment of the railway bridge will be established at km 16.335 and the damaged railway culverts will be restored at km 18.268, km 18.368, km 18.477 and km 19.175. Furthermore, in the section Žulová – Velká Kraš, the flood restoration of the damaged railway subgrade and the restoration of railway crossings P4360, P4361 and P4363 will be carried out from km 17.850 to km 18.600 and from km 18.950 to km 19.900, the flood restoration of the damaged railway superstructure will be carried out from km 17.850 to km 19.900. As part of the renewal of the railway infrastructure in the Velká Kraš railway station area, the retaining wall of the railway body will be renewed in parallel with the flow of the Vidnavka River and the renewal of the railway security equipment by replacing the existing isolated contacts with axle counter technology, while the existing isolated contacts will be removed from the track and replaced with rail inserts. Furthermore, within the Velká Kraš railway station, the reinforcement of the railway ditch and the slope at the track bed will be carried out on the left side of the track from the area of ​​the culvert at km 20.292 towards Bernartice. As part of the renewal of the railway infrastructure in the Bernartice u Javorník - Javorník ve Silesia section, the damaged railway culverts at km 1.166 and km 1.262 will be renewed and the wing and foundation of the bridge abutment at km 2.055 will be renewed. As part of the renewal of the railway transport control and security system, the station signaling equipment damaged by the floods will be renewed in the ŽST Žulová and ŽST Velká Kraš districts, and the track signaling and communication equipment will be renewed in the Žulová – Velká Kraš section. In the section from ŽST Žulová to km 18.030, the geometric position of the track will be adjusted, the existing fastenings will be replaced with new flexible fastenings, as part of the fastening replacement, new flexible pads will be inserted under the rail heel, the non-contact track will be adjusted and supplemented. The track bed will be reprofiled. With regard to the directional and height adjustment of the track, the platforms at the Tomíkovice and Kobylá nad Vidnavkou stops will be rebuilt, and the level crossings P4353, P4354, P4356, P4357, P4358 and P4362 will be repaired.In the line sections Velká Kraš – Bernartice u Javorníka and Bernartice u Javorníka – Javorník in Silesia, the track will be upgraded to PPK values ​​and the crossing structures will be replaced with rubber sleepers and wooden cross sleepers with new concrete VPS sleepers. with tender notice no. 681914-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
