Ensuring licenses, manufacturer support and operational support for Fidelis technology in the ICT environment of the City Hall and the City Council.

The CAPITAL CITY PRAGUE in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the renewal and expansion of the Fidelis security technology in the ICT environment of the MHMP and MPP, including ensuring the operation of this system for both entities. The operation of the PacketBroker technology is also part of the operational support for the MHMP. The Fidelis Elevate technology is a key security element of the MHMP, which ensures the detection of cyber events, their investigation, mitigation and remediation. The MHMP currently operates the Fidelis Elevate technology in the following scope: o Fidelis Elevate Network 1Gbit - provides in-depth analysis of network traffic on the L2 - L7 layers with a retention of 90 days; o Fidelis Elevate Endpoint - analyzes the behavior of endpoints (5,300). The subject of the implementation of this public contract is therefore for the MHMP: a) ensuring manufacturer support for the Fidelis Elevate Network (1 Gbit / retention of 90 days) for a period of 36 months; b) ensuring manufacturer support for the Fidelis Elevate Endpoint (5,300 endpoints) for a period of 36 months; c) Fidelis Elevate Network 1Gbit perpetual license with 90-day retention, incl. manufacturer's support for a period of 36 months; d) perpetual license of Fidelis Elevate Deception for the protection of 501 IP addresses, incl. manufacturer's support for a period of 36 months; e) ensuring operational support of the system according to the Catalog sheets for Fidelis and PacketBroker technology for a period of 36 months; f) development work in the amount of 150 man-days (CD) for the duration of the Contract; g) exit services in the amount of 10 CD. The subject of this public contract is for MPP: a) delivery of Fidelis Appliance XA4 (HW) - 2 pcs; b) delivery of Fidelis Network Sensor (HW) - 1 Gbit; c) related licenses in the amount of: o Fidelis Elevate Network 1Gbit (retention 60 days) incl. manufacturer's support for a period of 36 months; o Fidelis Elevate Endpoint (1,400 endpoints) incl. manufacturer's support for a period of 36 months; o Fidelis Elevate Deception - 501 IP addresses incl. manufacturer's support for a period of 36 months; d) ensuring operational support for the system according to the Catalog Sheets for Fidelis technology for a period of 36 months; e) development work in the amount of 100 man-days (CD) for the duration of the Contract; f) exit services in the amount of 5 CDs. The implementation of the contract will ensure the operation of key cybersecurity tools of the City Hall and the City Hall, protection and detection of modern APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) threats and the operation of key tools for the investigation of cyber events and incidents, response to cyber incidents, including mitigation of impacts and possible remediation. The implementation and operation of the aforementioned tool will be carried out in full compliance with the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on Cybersecurity, as amended (“ZoKB”), related decrees No. 408 – No. 412/2025 Coll.
