When fulfilling the public procurement contract, the selected supplier must comply with the rules of secure development according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard and fulfill the subject of the public procurement contract in accordance, in particular, with Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cybersecurity and the Network and Information Security Directive 2 (NIS2).
