Flow cytometer with evaluation software and control and middleware computer including post-warranty support

The University Hospital Hradec Kralove in Czech Republic from Europe region had released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the supply of a flow cytometer with evaluation software and a control and middleware computer (hereinafter also referred to as the "device", "goods", "medical device(s)" or simply "MD"), ensuring warranty activities for the Institute of Clinical Immunology and Allergology, the client's clinic (hereinafter also referred to as the "UKIA"), on the basis of a purchase and service agreement, under the conditions set out in the tender documentation. The subject of this public contract also includes: • Ensuring post-warranty activities of the goods for an indefinite period, on the basis of a purchase and service agreement, under the conditions set out in the tender documentation. The goods offered must be placed on the market in accordance with applicable legal regulations, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2017/745 of the European Parliament and of the Council (or Regulation (EU) 2017/746 of the European Parliament and of the Council), or in accordance with the relevant transitional provisions of these regulations and Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical and diagnostic in vitro medical devices, as amended. The goods must be new, unused and unrepaired, with a minimum warranty of 24 months. The submitted offer (and therefore the offer price) must include delivery, moving in, putting the goods into operation, connection to the contracting authority's data network, installation calibration, validation, assembly/installation and instruction/training of personnel in accordance with Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and diagnostic in vitro medical devices - hereinafter also referred to as "on medical devices". If the manufacturer has limited the service life of the offered goods for any reason and in any way, this limitation may not be for a period shorter than 120 months from the date of commissioning and handover to the contracting authority. The goods must be free of factual and legal defects.
