The subject of the contract is the performance of the following activities in particular: - preparation of documentation for the implementation of the construction (DPS) or technical solution according to the nature of the repair (the technical solution should contain: a map with a drawing of the scope of the work performed; text description and itemized budget including unit prices); - removal of the asphalt concrete road surface including transportation to a landfill within 5 km or disposal with subsequent submission of weighing sheets and a declaration of disposal or recycling; - "providing documents on the legal disposal, storage or recycling of all types of construction debris and waste generated during the implementation of the work, including the submission of relevant weighing slips; ensuring sampling and laboratory assessment of the milled asphalt mixture (R-material) by an accredited laboratory to determine the qualitative and ecological classification (especially the PAH content); - laying a new asphalt concrete surface including grouting of work joints; - supplementing and restoring individual structural layers; - modification and supplementing of paving, curbs, sewer shafts and gullies and their connections, height adjustment of water and gas pipeline valves and the area of ​​adjacent entrances and sidewalks, establishment of roadsides made of recycled asphalt concrete, installation of cross drainage and gutter blocks; - modification of unpaved areas affected by the construction, landscaping, humus and sowing with grass seed; - ensuring protection of root systems and tree trunks in the protection zone of the road and protection of existing networks against damage, including discussions with the affected authorities and owners; - renewal or new implementation of permanent horizontal and vertical traffic markings; - renewal and establishment of speed bumps; - provision of temporary traffic markings for traffic restrictions; - request from individual administrators of engineering networks a statement on the existence of networks and subsequent ordering of the marking of networks in the field; - provision of an opinion on the special use and placement of traffic markings from the relevant department of the Traffic Inspectorate of the Police of the Czech Republic and the Frenštát pod Radhoštěm Municipal Authority, the Building Authority and Land Planning Department; - provision of discussion and obtaining of a favorable opinion on the temporary relocation of bus stops from the affected public transport operators and the relevant affected authorities, including the physical implementation of this relocation and the installation of replacement markers; - provision of notification of citizens directly affected by the construction works; - preparation of a geodetic survey of the actual construction by an authorized surveyor; - enable employees or agents of the subsidy provider,the inspection body or the client to enter the contractor's premises and inspect documents related to the construction works; - keeping a construction log from the date of commencement of construction works, which will be accessible daily at the place of performance; the contractor is obliged to clearly record all facts relevant to the performance of the partial contract in the construction log; - taking photo documentation of the performance before commencement of construction works, during their course and after completion of performance; - providing declarations of conformity, attestations, certificates and other relevant documents proving the required properties and quality of all materials and products incorporated into the work. with tender notice no. 690122-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
