When dealing with IS/IT architecture to ensure their efficient operation • Support of information systems operation, • Implementation of new products including corresponding process consulting • Implementation of upgrade and patching of the relevant products; These are implementing and consulting services in the field of trading and/or optimizing the production and business assets of CEZ Group including systems for downloading, processing and analysis With internal and external systems of various energy market entities (including regulators and supervisory authorities), systems for optimizing the use of energy production portfolio and systems for optimizing other business assets (gas tanks, virtual power plants and similar) including risk management and reporting systems. 3> The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of three participants with whom the contracting authority will be able to conclude the contract under Article 26 of the tender documentation. On the basis of a framework agreement, the contracting authority will always order the performance in time and to the extent according to its current need. The contracting authority is not obliged to draw from the framework agreement. Detailed information is given in the tender documentation.
