STAGE: Photovoltaic power plant in the Slaný-Blahotice WWTP area (hereinafter also referred to as “PVP WWTP”), The subject of the public contract is the preparation of implementation documentation, then the complete, functional and flawless delivery of photovoltaic panels and the performance of all related construction and assembly work, including the supply of the necessary materials, products, structures and equipment necessary for the proper delivery of an operational photovoltaic power plant and connection to the distribution network (DS) as well as securing all necessary permits. The work will be carried out in accordance with the tender documentation, in particular the technical documents that define the technical requirements of the contracting authority for individual PV plants, their performance and expected location on the roofs of individual buildings or on land. (The contracting authority points out that Annex No. 9 – Documentation for the execution of the construction defines the binding parameters of the performance of individual PV plants and their location. The contracting authority allows the participant to submit their own solution – the number, type and location of panels, which will respect the maximum PV plant performance. The supplier acknowledges and agrees that in its proposal it may not deviate from the issued valid permits in a way that would require the implementation of the approval process – i.e. the location of the PV plants and the land and buildings affected by the implementation of individual PV plants, as described in the Documentation for the execution of the construction, may not be changed.) The binding technical requirements of the contracting authority are summarized in Annex No. 10 – Technical specification. The subject of the public contract is in particular: - preparation of implementation project documentation for both stages, which will be in accordance with the issued conditions of connection by ČEZ and the issued building permit. As part of the documentation, a statement from the inverter manufacturer will be submitted that this device has implemented the Q(U), P(U) and P(f) functions, - delivery of photovoltaic panels, optimizers, inverters, structures, electrical installation material, - implementation of all cable routes, - electrical installation work and assembly work, - documentation of the actual execution of the work in paper and electronic form, - cooperation in issuing the inspection approval/inspection decision, - actions necessary to secure the relevant documents, permits, consents, statements or licenses, revisions, performance of verification and test operation including operator training, initial revision, - in connection with the installation of the PV plant, the supplier will hand over the treasures and provide the contracting authority with the necessary cooperation and cooperation for updating the Fire Fighting Documentation (including the Fire Brigade approval process),- ensuring the process of the first parallel connection of production plants to the distribution system according to the current requirements of the PDS (Annex No. 4 of the PPDS), - ensuring the issuance of the UTP for the Háje FVE center, - ensuring the UPOS for the COV FVE, - ensuring the issuance of the Final Operational Notification (PDS), the Contracting Authority allows partial performance according to individual Stages. The Contracting Authority has set the total expected value in accordance with the ZZVZ in the amount of CZK 9,546,000 excluding VAT, of which: - I. Stage - Háje FVE center in the amount of CZK 2,705,000 excluding VAT, - II. Stage – FVE WWTP in the amount of CZK 6,841,000 excluding VAT, The performance of the public contract will be provided as follows (for details, see the draft contract for the work) I. Stage – FVE Háje center - Preparation of implementation project documentation within 20 calendar days from the entry into force of the Contract, - Delivery, installation and submission of an application for the issuance of a UTP within 60 calendar days from the approval of the implementation project documentation by the contracting authority, II.
