The Ekonom Reality Universal (CZ), spol. s.r.o. in Czech Republic from Europe region had released this tender for The purpose of the public contract is the reconstruction and extension of the existing building of the former hotel and the overall revitalization of the adjacent area with the aim of building a modern accommodation facility. The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work - the reconstruction and extension of the existing building No. 575/100 (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"). The work will be carried out in accordance with the Documentation for the implementation of the construction prepared by the company Ing.Arch. Jakub Kuthan, with its registered office at Spojovací 467, 25301 Hostivice, IČO 87577402, which forms Annex No. 2 to these terms of reference, and in accordance with the issued Decision No. MUCH 84534/202. The subject of the public contract includes all work and supplies, activities and acts necessary for the proper and timely execution of the work as described in these terms of reference and their annexes. The exact specification of the subject of the public contract and the technical conditions are set out in the construction documentation and technical report, which form Annex No. 2 of these terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Reference”) and in the blind list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities, which forms Annex No. 3 of these terms of reference (hereinafter referred to as the “List of Construction Works”). A detailed specification of the contractor’s obligations is further set out in the draft contract for the work (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract for the Work”), which is Annex No. 1 of these terms of reference. The tender participant (hereinafter also referred to as the “Participant” or “Supplier”) will elaborate on its price offer by filling in the list of construction works. The offer will also include a draft construction schedule (see Article 3.4. paragraph 5 of the terms of reference). The relevant ČSN EN ISO standards apply to construction works that are the subject of the public contract. The technical conditions of the products used and construction works are specified in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of quantities and the drawing part of the project documentation. Technical standards (descriptions of individual parts of the construction) with the determination of construction-physical requirements and technical parameters of structures, technologies, products and materials and user standards, which clearly determine the quality parameters and complete requirements for the final form of the construction, are described in detail in the attached project documentation, or in the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements and in the binding model of the work contract. All products used must comply with the relevant provisions of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on amendments and supplements to certain acts. 2.5. Any necessary excavations for construction, excavation permits, relocations, network marking, etc. will be provided by the supplier at his own expense, while the costs necessary for the processing and implementation of these activities and works must be included in the bid price. The transport distances for the removal of the excavated material will be determined by the supplier. The supplier is obliged to dispose of the excavated material in accordance with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, and the conditions set out in Annex No. 6 to these tender conditions. Before submitting a bid, the supplier is obliged to familiarize himself with all generally binding legal regulations and applicable standards that relate to the subject of the public contract. The supplier is responsible for ensuring that the public contract will be fulfilled in accordance with all generally binding legal regulations and applicable standards that relate to the subject of the public contract. When performing the work, i.e. during the implementation work, it is necessary to proceed in such a way that the entry of vehicles of the integrated rescue system is continuously enabled, in particular vehicles of the fire brigade, vehicles of fire protection units and medical rescue services. The performance also includes the execution of other construction, earthworks and related works and supplies that are necessary for the proper fulfillment of the public contract. When fulfilling the public contract, the selected supplier is obliged to ensure the complete and flawless execution of all construction and assembly works and structures, including the supply of necessary materials, equipment necessary for the proper completion of the operational work, and the performance of all activities related to the delivery of construction and assembly works and structures, the performance of which is necessary for the proper completion of the work (e.g. construction site equipment, safety measures, etc.). The public contract also includes engineering activities necessary for the implementation of the construction. The construction is designed in accordance with applicable legislation and respects the results of surveys carried out to date. The implementation of the work also includes: a) preparation of documentation of the actual execution of the work in paper form, b) provision of all necessary surveys necessary for the proper execution and completion of the work, c) provision and implementation of all measures of an organizational and construction-technological nature for the proper execution of the work, d) all work and supplies related to safety measures for the protection of people and property, e) establishment, removal and provision of construction site equipment, including connection to utility networks, f) disposal, removal and storage of demolished materials and construction debris at a landfill, including a storage fee in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on waste, g) restoring all surfaces affected by the construction to their original condition, h) ensuring occupational safety and environmental protection, i) carrying out the acceptance of the construction, j) ensuring all necessary tests, certificates and inspections according to ČSN and any other legal or technical regulations valid at the time of execution and handover of the work, which will prove the achievement of the prescribed quality and prescribed technical parameters of the work, care for undelivered objects and construction structures, their treatment, insurance, etc., k) test protocols, inspection reports, certificates and documents according to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical requirements for products and on amendments and supplements to certain acts, as amended, declaration of conformity, list of recommended spare parts, prescribed protective and safety equipment, l) undertaking to assume the guarantee and responsibility for guarantees, defects and deficiencies for the object.
