The STATE SECURITY PRINTING HOUSE, state enterprise in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of this public contract is the supply of hardware infrastructure intended for operation in the High Security Information zone environment, which serves to process, store and transfer information with increased requirements for confidentiality, integrity and availability, consisting of parts, individual components specified in the performance specification in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods" or "HW"). The subject of the performance also includes: a) transport and delivery of the Goods to the corresponding facilities at the place of performance of the contracting authority, see Article 8 of this tender documentation (hereinafter also "ZD") and its moving to the installation site according to the instructions of the contracting authority; b) provision of the type and number of licenses defined in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Contract i. Veeam Backup and Replication VUL ii. VMware vSphere Fondation 9.x iii. Windows Server 2025 Datacenter iv. Windows Server 2025 Standard necessary for the required functionality of the HW, including ensuring basic technical support (maintenance) of these licenses for a period corresponding to the license program set out in Annex No. 1 of the Draft Contract; c) installation, configuration and implementation of the Goods as a functional unit into the existing infrastructure in the Client's environment; d) submission of documents and records related to the use of the Goods, in particular technical documentation including documentation of parameters, configurations and settings, in the Czech language via email or the license portal; declaration of conformity; operational documentation; or delivery notes, warranty certificates for individual components; e) provision of authorization to exercise the right to use those parts or components of the Goods that represent, or contain, copyright works or other intellectual property rights, to the extent specified in the Draft Contract; f) verification of the functionality of the Goods by test operation pursuant to Article VI of the Draft Contract; (hereinafter collectively also referred to as the "subject of performance"). Furthermore, the subject of performance includes the provision of Technical Support for the Goods in the HPE Proactive Care mode, to the extent specified by the manufacturer, supplier for a period of 5 years from the signing of the Handover Protocol pursuant to Article VI, paragraph 2 of the Draft Contract. The Contracting Authority further requires that the Software and licenses that are part of the Goods pursuant to paragraph 4.1 of the Contract, or part of the subject of performance pursuant to paragraph 4.2, letter b) of the Contract (hereinafter referred to as "SW" and "license"), be delivered electronically and will also include the license terms and other necessary information and documentation for the use of the SW and licenses.
