"II/101 Drahelčice bypass, connection from the exit from D5" and "Infrastructure for the new construction of the production plant of the STATE SECURITY PRINTER, a state enterprise"

The Regional Road Administration and Road Maintenance of Central Bohemian Region, non-profit organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for For contracting authority 1, this is a new construction of a class II road with a total length of 1,102.22 m (860.06 m – SO 101 and 242.16 m – SO 102). The relocation of road II/101, solved within SO 101 and SO 102, is designed as a directionally undivided road of design category S9.5/90 with a basic transverse slope of 2.5% with the widening of lanes in the directional curve according to ČSN 73 6101. The construction also includes two single-lane roundabouts (SO 103 and SO 104) ensuring the connection of the construction to existing roads, a noise-reducing earth embankment (to reduce the noise level in the adjacent part of the village of Drahelčice) and two overburden vaults to ensure the level crossing of existing roads and corridors. To ensure the operation of the bypass, it is necessary to build, in addition to roads, other objects that are a common part of the construction of a road of this nature, in particular a road drainage system, including a retention tank. Construction of this scope will affect a number of engineering networks and will necessitate their relocation. These are specified in detail in the relevant part of the project documentation. For the Contracting Authority No. 2, the project documentation addresses the design of a sidewalk (SO 101) and bus stops in the direction from the village of Drahelčice to the proposed construction of the manufacturing plant of the Contracting Authority No. 2 (SO 102) and the related proposal for extending the water supply line (SO 301), pressure sewage system (SO 302), public lighting (SO 401) and electronic communication protectors (SO 402). Currently, there is an existing field road in Polní Street, approximately 4.5 m wide, which is lined on both sides by a row of mature trees. Within the related project documentation "Drahelčice, Polní Street", the Client No. 1 is working on a proposal for a new access road with a width of 6.0 m. The existing intersection of Úhonická and Polní streets will be replaced by a roundabout intersection within the related documentation "Drahelčice, bypass". The proposed construction objects (above and hereinafter referred to as "SO") are coordinated with other structures in the given location at all times, such as the structure called "Drahelčice, Polní Street", etc. with tender notice no. 696698-2026 published on 09 Oct 2026.
