II/322 Týnec nad Labem, bridge no. 322-05 – repair in the “design and build” mode in accordance with the FIDIC Yellow Book

The Regional Road Administration and Road Maintenance of Central Bohemian Region, non-profit organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the preparation of project documentation for the issuance of a building permit, or documentation for the issuance of a joint permit (DÚSP), if a joint permit (territorial decision and building permit) is needed, which will represent a technical solution proposed by the contractor in accordance with the requirements of this ZD, for the construction of a road bridge marked "II/322 Týnec nad Labem, bridge no. 322-05" consisting of the repair of this bridge (hereinafter also referred to as the "construction" or "work") and at the same time the execution of construction work and the provision of related supplies and services consisting of the construction/repair of this bridge. The design and construction work will be carried out in accordance with the documentation provided by the contracting authority. For this purpose, the contracting authority provides the contractors with the following documents, which define the contracting authoritys requirements for the subject of the VZ performance, together with this ZD: • Main inspection of the bridge from 1 December 2018 (processed by: Ing. Petr Doležal); • Geodetic data and surveying (processed by: GEODET, spol. s ro); • Diagnostic survey (researcher: Horský sro), i.e.: - diagnostic survey of the bridge, ref. no. 322-005, - diagnostic survey of the retaining walls of the embankment body in the forecourt of the bridge, ref. no. 322-005, and - evaluation of the work performed and proposal for bridge repairs dated 10 December 2018; • Engineering geological and geophysical survey of the embankment body in the forecourt of the bridge dated November 2018 (processed by: INSET sro). Other binding requirements for the subject of the VZ performance result from the Directive, TP, TKP (all available on the website http://www.pjpk.cz/) and relevant valid ČSN standards. At the same time, the contracting authority provides the suppliers with the original documentation for the implementation of the construction - the detailed design and other archival documents for the construction of the bridge, specifically: • Longitudinal section of the bridge from 1975; • Ground plan of the bridge from 1975; • Coordination situation from 1975; • Calculation of load capacity - bridge sheet from 1980; • Retaining walls KPR from 1977; • Supporting structure - steel KPR from 1977; • Supporting structure - reinforced concrete KPR from 1977; • Quality documents - steel structures; • Stray currents - measurements from 1990; • Stray currents - expert assessment from 1990; • Stray currents - corrosion survey from 1990; • Replacement of expansion joints from May 1992; • Metallization of the bridge from 1989, including complaints and diagnostics of the work performed. The subject of the performance is also securing the necessary valid building permits (SP), or joint permits (if a joint permit is required in a given case), including all required annexes, documents and statements, securing all permits required for the actual implementation of the complete construction work and securing positive statements and opinions from all affected authorities for submitting proper applications for the issuance of a SP, or joint permit, to the relevant building authority, including all required annexes. The subject of the performance is also engineering work aimed at securing the final approval.
