Any damage will be compensated to the co-owner. All reports and information will be provided exclusively in writing. Part 2: The construction is located in the cadastral areas of Jíloviště, Klínec, Líšnice. The construction involves the reconstruction of road III/1025 in the section from the intersection with road III/11512 at the underpass under the D4 motorway, including the intersection, to the intersection with road III/0042 in the village of Klínec and is also part of the reconstruction of road III/0042 to the golf course in Líšnice. The subject of the construction is the reconstruction of roads III/1025 and III/0042 to the above-mentioned extent and the modification of the intersections of roads III/11512-III/1025 and III/1025-III/0042. The construction will mainly take place in the areas of existing roads. However, in particular at the location of the new intersection and along road III/0042 outside the village of Klínec, neighboring land used for agricultural activities will be taken over.
