Třebová - Brno/Ostrava railway corridor, stage 2 - Construction of BTS for 5G, Prague - Česká Třebová section" is: a) Preparation of Project Documentation for the construction permit of transport infrastructure (DPS), which specifies the subject of the Work to such an extent that it can be discussed in the procedure for the permit of the project, obtain a valid permit of the project (construction permit) according to Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Act"), including the Opinion of the notified body at the stage of issuing the permit of the project and the maintenance manual. b) Processing and submitting an application for the issuance of a permit of the project according to the Building Act, including all required documents, the result of which will be the issuance of a permit of the project. c) Preparation of the Project Documentation for the Implementation of the Railway Construction (PDPS), which will develop and define the requirements for the construction in detail, specifying the subject of the Work, taking into account specific products, supplied technologies, technological processes and production conditions of the Construction Contractor. The PDPS will be implemented only to the extent for the infrastructure of public operators - see the specification of the scope of the Work in Article 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. d) Performance of the Designers Supervision during the preparation of the PDPS and during the implementation of the construction, only to the extent for the infrastructure of public operators - see the specification of the scope of the Work in Article 4.2 of the Special Technical Conditions. e) Construction of the construction to the extent according to the approved PDPS and in accordance with the valid design permit (construction permit).
