In the addressed building of the Buchlovice Senior Citizens Home the existing inadequate autonomous detection system will be replaced by a new installation of the EPS system which will meet the conditions of Act No 415 2021 Coll EPS carries out n tcontinuous control of the premises of the building for the occurrence of fire and signaling of the location of the fire to the personnel on duty n tcontrol of the connection from the network and automatic switching to an alternate source in the event of a power failure nThe use of the building and the existing barrier-free solution of the Buchlovice Senior Citizens Home do not change nThe subject of the awarded public contract hereinafter referred to as public contract or VZ is construction work consisting of maintenance work when new wiring and expansion of the existing electronic fire alarm system EPS and installation of a new evacuation radio system in the buildings of the Home for the elderly will be solved In addition the smoke fire detection system will be expanded with new fire detectors the firefighting documentation will be supplemented the fire protection service field and the key fire protection safe will be installed including all subsequent works This is mainly the modernization modification replacement of the equipment in question which is in an outdated state and does not meet the current legislative requirements This is not an intervention in the load-bearing building structures or a change in the existing internal layout The new EPS switchboard will be located in a separate switchboard with min fire resistance 30 min incl installation of smoke detection The new wiring will be done under the ceiling of the existing rooms and will be finished with end elements All work will take place only inside the given object The implementation will take place during the full operation of the user of the object Construction dismantling and assembly work will be carried out continuously on individual floors parts corridors rooms according to the work schedule submitted by the contractor and agreed by the client and the user of the building Construction and assembly work on individual rooms will be carried out separately The total time of construction and assembly work will be fixed at 2 rooms 2 working days when it is necessary for the individual rooms to be completely completed During the day the rooms will be vacated at the end of each day the user will return to his room to spend the night If it is necessary to carry out work on weekends and holidays after agreement with the user of the building the contractor will ensure that the permitted noise limits are not exceeded during the whole day n nRequirements for the scope of the subject of performance are specified in detail and bindingly in the annex to tender documentation No 1 - Business terms and conditions Draft contract for work and in the annex to tender documentation No 5 - Project documentation of the construction including a list of construction works supplies and services with a statement of dimensions n 45215200-9 Construction modifications of social care facilities Zl n Region 45215200-9 Construction modifications of social care facilities Construction modifications of social care facilities
