Intensification of the Psáry WWTP to 9,500 PE

The PSARY MUNICIPALITY in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the intensification of the Psáry WWTP to 9500 EO, which mainly includes the following: 1) Implementation of pumping wells, commencement of HPV reduction in the WWTP area. Implementation of temporary communication. 2) Piling of sheet piles and creation of sheeting (SO 301) for the construction of new WWTP lines (SO 03). Ensuring continuous reduction of HPV level to the prescribed level during construction. Excavation of the construction pit. 3) Construction of reinforced concrete tanks and the above-ground part of the new WWTP lines (SO 03), the distribution facility for settling tanks (SO 06) and the floating impurities pumping station (SO 05). Preparation of prescribed production documentation. 4) In the phase of completing the construction part and starting the installation of technology within the new WWTP lines (SO 03): a. Implementation and commissioning of an emergency bypass from the ŠAA-01 shaft to protect the construction site. b. Cleaning the bottom of the SS shaft in front of the WWTP and equipping it with pumps for temporary pumping of wastewater into the existing WWTP line. Implementation of a temporary PE pipeline for pumping (surface, anchored) OV into the existing WWTP. Closing the drain from the SS shaft and starting up the temporary pumping station. 5) Shutting down the existing MS, interrupting the inflow of faeces. 6) Preparing the slipway casing for the construction of a new gravel trap (SO 01) and MS (SO 01), excavating construction pits. 7) Construction of the gravel trap (SO 01) and MS (SO 01), implementation of new and modification of existing pipe connections (SO 04), strengthening the area connection (SO 09), implementation of cable routes between individual objects. Preparation of service water distribution systems pumped from borehole No. 1. 8) In the phase of completing the construction of the slurry trap (SO 01) and MS (SO 01) and completing the equipment of the technology in the new WWTP facility (SO 03) including the provisional user interface of the MaR from the new WWTP control room: a. Commissioning of the new WWTP, gravel trap and MS – ensuring the cleaning of incoming wastewater, the rainwater pumping sump will be operated as a flow-through without pumping. Cancellation of the provisional pumping of wastewater from the MS shaft to the original WWTP facility. Excess sludge and surface impurities will be provisionally accumulated in the sludge regeneration and subsequently disposed of – see below. b. Shutting down the existing WWTP, while maintaining the operation of the existing sludge tank and mechanical sludge drainage for as long as possible so that it can be transported in a drained state. After the necessary shutdown of the mechanical drainage, it will be transported using a feca truck. 9) Construction of a new operational building, implementation of a central control room for the entire WWTP and construction modifications and rehabilitation of concrete surfaces in the original WWTP building (SO 02). Technologically, first equip a sludge pit into which floating impurities will be temporarily pumped - temporary fecal removal through the back. 10) After the technological part in the original WWTP is put into operation, installation and commissioning of pumps in the rainwater pumping sump (original collection sump), removal of the emergency bypass from the ŠAA-01 shaft. 11) Construction of paved areas (SO 07), roads and fencing (SO 08).
