Staveniště je vymezeno stávajícím areálem ČOV a navrženými opatřeními dojde k splnění BAT limitů pro vypouštění přečištěných odpadních vod. V rámci intenzifikace budou využity stávající biologické linky se stávající objemovou kapacitou. Optimalizací procesu čištění bude výsledná kapacita biologické části čištění 44850 EO.
