Předmětem dodávky je modernizace a rozšíření funkcionalit klinického informačního systému v CLPA v oblasti elektronizace procesů vedení standardizované strukturované elektronické zdravotnické dokumentace, zpracování dat a elektronizace procesů poskytování zdravotních služeb apod., podpora nových procesů v rámci nemocnice a jejich elektronizace a možnost jejich realizace nejen v nemocnici, a prostřednictvím Integrační platformy (ESB, viz výchozí stav) napojení na infrastrukturu systémů a služeb Akreditované afinitní domény, např. výměnné sítě eMeDocS, Národního kontaktního bodu (NCPeH) a jiné eHealth systémy a služby elektronického zdravotnictví ČR. Součástí dodávky jsou napojení na Integrační platformu (ESB, viz výchozí stav) a jejím prostřednictvím napojení na elektronické služby IDRR, zavedení identifikátorů z kmenových registrů, využívání centrálních služeb elektronického zdravotnictví, standardizovaná rozhraní pro napojení na infrastrukturu AAfD a rozvoj napojení na NCPeH. CLPA bude využívat pro uchovávání elektronických dokumentů elektronický archiv v souladu s platnou legislativou vedení a uchovávání zdravotnické dokumentace v elektronické podobě (viz projekt DEA). Předmět plnění je podrobně definován zvláště v Technické specifikaci předmětu plnění (viz Příloha č. 7 Zadávací dokumentace), v návrhu smlouvy (viz Příloha č. 2 – Závazný návrh smlouvy na plnění veřejné zakázky této Zadávací dokumentace) a v dalších dokumentech, které tvoří přílohy Zadávací dokumentace. with tender notice no. 391641-2026 published on 10 Jun 2026.
