Jičín Barracks, construction of transport and technical infrastructure and public spaces

The Jičín Township in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public contract is the construction of new transport and technical infrastructure and public spaces for the planned construction of family and apartment buildings and civic amenities. New road routing and associated pedestrian paths, new utility networks connected to existing lines in the vicinity and new connections to planned plots for family and apartment buildings and civic amenities. A new space will be built near the civic amenities for recreation and relaxation, the so-called square with mature greenery and elements of furniture for relaxation. A part of the public green space will also be newly built here, where play elements for children will be placed. The subject of the contract is also the removal of a two-storey, non-basement building with a gable roof, which is located in the area of ​​the former barracks and needs to be removed due to preparation of the area for future development. The reconstruction of the existing road in Československé armády Street in the area of ​​Bolzanova and Argonská Streets will also be included (roads, sidewalks, parking lots including relocation of public lighting and public lighting lamps). The construction will also expand the existing sewerage network for separate drainage of sewage and rainwater from the former barracks area (for the city of Jičín). Furthermore, the construction of a hot water pipeline network for the distribution of heating medium (heating water-OV) from the existing heat source - the low-pressure hot water boiler house U Stadionu to the location of the former barracks area (for the Jičín City Property Management Company). The work will be implemented as follows: a) partial performance A: according to the documentation "Providing a connection point for the sewerage of the barracks area" (SO 300 - sewage sewerage, section between the existing shaft - Š 6.9, SO 301 - storm sewerage, section from the outlet to the watercourse to the shaft ŠD3) b) partial performance B: implementation of other works than those specified in partial performance A c) performance for the Real Estate Administration of the City of Jičín as: New heating pipeline for the KASÁRNA Jičín location - II. stage Work on all performances, i.e. a) to c) can be carried out simultaneously. The contract for the work between the City of Jičín and the winning contractor will be concluded for partial performance A and partial performance B - see Appendix No. 2 (contract for the work - City of Jičín).
