The tender was published by LESY ESK REPUBLIKY S P on 01 Sep 2025 for Ls je t d object Introduction the project solves the reconstruction of the air conditioning of sokolsk 1383 37 in liberec the reason is a non -functional and outdated system of existing air conditioning in the building the age of the original air conditioning is 20 years and is currently the original system is unsupported and therefore irreparable and it is necessary to replace it with a new one the original technology used non -ecological fillers refrigerant in the future with a ban on use the new system is environmentally friendly - used as a refrigerant cold water the reconstruction of the air conditioning is solved only by offices with oriented to the east and south ie in the summer very exposed by overheating solutions the existing central cooling unit will be dismantled including internal units and accessories the existing pipe distribution to the internal units will be dismantled in available places the residual refrigerant will be exhausted and ecologically destroyed the cabling to the inner units and the pipe of condensate drain will be maintained these installations will be modified as needed newly installed 2 pcs of cold water manufacturers each no power of 14 0 kw in the deputy will be fitted with wall fcu units cold source the source of cold is two cold water manufacturers each with an output of 14 0 kw it is a compact air -cooled liquid cooler in the outdoor design the cooling unit will be placed on hanging brackets the brackets will be anchored to the peripheral wall of the engine room the cooling aggregates will be connected to the cold storage tank el energy and mar the unit is a hydraulic module with a pump t storage tanks will be guided by cooling water to the coolant distributor four separate branches fitted with pumps will be realized on the distributor cooling will be operated as a system with a forced circulation of the cooling media-water with a maximum temperature gradient of 7 12 c the first filling of the cooling system system is assumed to be chemically treated with water according to sn 07 7401 with coolant cooling fluid will be 30 of the antifreeze concentrate based on ethylenenglycol designed for use in cooling systems the liquid to the system will be performed via the inlet valve the cooling water will be led from the cooling system distributor to the installation shaft and then to the individual cooling units cooling unit horizontal underpants of 1 6 -2 7 kw with a cold water exchanger will be used for cooling systems of the building rooms the units will be connected to the central unit by plastic pipeline the cooling unit sucks the air from the room space and returns it back to the space the unit will be controlled using a controller with the option of a fan speed the unit consists of a fan driven by electric motor coolers electrical cabinets condensate trays and cladding the condensate pump will be installed in the condensate tray the output pipe of the condensate will be used using the hose connected under the ceiling to the sewer riser at the connection point of the sewer riser will be inserted by an oblique t-piece d 50 to which the washing machine will be connected to.
