The tender was published by LESY ESK REPUBLIKY S P on 27 Aug 2025 for Lz idlochovice I the subject of partial public contracts of a small purchasing system is to carry out geodetic works consisting especially in the following activities a the proportion of the proposed course of the construction route b the course of the route of the construction according to the instructions of the responsible employee of the customer c the production of the geometric plan for the division of the land other e blasting of ownership boundaries f stabilization of the point by a plastic milestone a wooden pin nail and steel pipe g the production of the geodetic part of the documentation of the actual construction and other geodetic work not mentioned above ii the subject of performance is the work consisting in the following activities a ensuring the consent of state administration bodies eg consent of the building office to divide the land by changing the type of land or decision of the environment oj to remove from the agricultural land fund zpf and land intended to fulfill the function of the forest pupfl etc b cancellation of the restriction of property rights eg lien execution c discussing and ensuring the conclusion of the property contract and the contract on the abolition of the right of the easement including the deposit in the land register furthermore it is the subject of the fulfillment of public contracts to carry out geodetic works consisting in the activities below which are related to the activities given from the above letters a - c these are mainly the following geodetic work pr that of the proposed course of the construction route by nail and steel pipe expansion of the geodetic part of the documentation of the actual construction of the building other geodetic works not listed above however one of the activities aimed at property settlement letters a to c will always be the subject of the partial public contract iii geodetic work related to the renewal of lhp the subject of performance will be to make geometric plans for the purpose of separating land that shows a clearly different type of land in the field compared to the register of real estate cadastre or with different uses within one plot to be given in accordance with the definition of land types and method of use according to decree of uzk no 357 2013 coll in particular emphasis is placed on the correct definition of the boundary between pupfl and zpf furthermore the subject of fulfillment in the terrain of the indistinct property boundaries and the focus of selected line objects roads watercourses which form the boundaries of the permanent units of the division of lhp in particular emphasis is placed on the removal of clear mismatch between the state in the cn and the reality more information will always be given in the call for the submission of the partial public contract.
