Nedílnou součástí předmětu plnění je: a) řešení • 1ks Cisco Secure Access Subscription • 5000 ks Cisco Secure Access DNS Essentials • 650 ks Cisco Secure Private Access Essentials • 650 ks Cisco Secure Access - Customer Insights • 1ks Cisco Support Enhanced for Secure Access • Implementace b) dodání technické a provozní dokumentace Dodavatel vypracuje a předá podrobnou dokumentaci k dodanému řešení v českém (CZ) jazyce, zahrnující popis a/nebo postupy minimálně pro tyto oblasti: • Technická dokumentace – popis architektury, konfigurací, nastavení a integrace řešení, c) Zajištění poskytování podpory Rozsah této podpory na dobu jednoho roku zahrnuje zejména: • 24×7 technickou podporu Cisco (telefonicky i online), • přístup k softwarovým aktualizacím, • řešení incidentů a troubleshooting, d) školení IT administrátorů Školení bude realizováno v českém jazyce po předchozí dohodě se zadavatelem, v rozsahu minimálně 2 školících dnů (min. 16 hodin).
