The project plan will be prepared to the extent required by Directive MD CR No. V-2/2012, regulating the procedures of the Ministry of Transport, investor organizations and the State Transport Infrastructure Fund during the preparation and implementation of investment and non-investment actions in transport infrastructure, financed without the participation of the state budget, as amended. The contract also includes ensuring the assessment of the impact of the plan on the environment within the meaning of Act No. 100/2001 Coll., on environmental impact assessment, as amended. with tender notice no. 682532-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
