Modernization of the Česká Třebová railway junction

The Railway administration, state organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for Česká Třebová is a major railway junction located on the first transit corridor and at the junction with the second corridor. The scope of the construction is primarily the reconstruction of the passage through the junction in the track used mainly by passenger trains, including communication and signaling equipment, and the replacement of the traction line. All platforms in the station will also be reconstructed, including the roofing, in individual sections of the construction, bridge structures of various types and purposes (over tracks, roads or passenger underpasses) will be reconstructed, and existing ground structures will be modified and adapted to accommodate the new technological equipment, or new ones will be built. Noise control measures will also be implemented as part of the construction and a new information system will be built. The subject of this public contract is also the provision of cooperation relating to the Work or its parts, for the duration of the Contract on the provision of cooperation, whereby a part of the Work is understood to mean (but not exclusively) security equipment, operational applications linked to security equipment (hereinafter also referred to as the "Equipment"), for any future needs of the contracting authority to follow up on the delivered part of the Work with other Equipment from another contractor/manufacturer. The subject of the public contract also includes activities that will be carried out in connection with the publicity rules for projects co-financed from the European Union funds - Connecting Europe Facility (CEF). The valuation of these construction publicity activities will be included in the bid price, the publicity costs will be stated in the Schedule of Works (SO 9898 General Object). The contracting authority reserves the right to ensure the publicity of the construction as a change to the obligation under the contract in accordance with the provisions of Section 100(1) of the Public Procurement Act. The supplier will only be paid for the scope of this performance actually performed. In the event that this public contract is not co-financed by the European Union, the contractor will not ensure the publicity of the construction. The scope of performance that will not be implemented is not included in the limits for changes pursuant to Section 222 of the Public Procurement Act. with tender notice no. 687300-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
