Každé provedené mytí vnitřních ploch i venkovních ploch bude potvrzeno vedoucí oddělení úklidu, případně pověřeným pracovníkem. Vše bude uvedeno na tiskopisu (výkaz práce) dodaného vybraného dodavatele. Na základě těchto potvrzených tiskopisů může být fakturováno, tzn. že tiskopisy budou součástí faktur. Bez těchto potvrzených tiskopisů o provedení prací, nebude faktura uhrazena. Pravidelné mytí oken a veškeré práce s tím spojené budou probíhat 1 x ročně vždy na jaře, dle předem dohodnutých termínů. Zaměření rozsahu a mytí oken (plochy oken a parapetů) je povinen dodavatel zajistit na vlastní náklady.
