nThe subject of the contract is the supply of thermal energy for heating and water heating hereinafter TE in the premises of the contracting authority for a period of 5 years from the effective date of the contract in an estimated volume of approximately 49 000 GJ year nThe supply of TE will be provided by the selected supplier through the main source of thermal energy which must be independent of the backup source of thermal energy listed below The main source of thermal energy the heat exchanger station is currently provided by Pra sk tepl rensk a s and is connected to the existing distribution network belonging to this company The exchange station is not owned by the Contracting Authority nThe back-up source of TE which will be used during the execution of the Contract only in the mode of the backup source of thermal energy which must ensure the supply of thermal energy for the entire premises of the Contracting Authority even in the event of a so-called blackout is a gas boiler with a total heat input of 9 04 MW located on the premises The contracting authority declares that it is competent to manage the property of the state which is the boiler house building without no and technological and technical equipment of the gas hot water boiler room located in the boiler room building The supply of TE must meet all legislative and environmental requirements given by the relevant laws and regulations Due to the strategic importance of the Client s premises the provision of TE supply through 2 independent sources is a condition while the gas boiler mentioned above will serve exclusively as a backup source In its offer the participant shall demonstrate the ability to ensure real-time supply of TE from another source which will serve as the main source of thermal energy with the provision that the energy source for this main source will not be natural gas In case of non-compliance with this condition by the Contracting Authority the participant s offer will be rejected and the participant will be excluded from participation in the Tendering process TE deliveries must be ensured in full in accordance with generally binding regulations and technical standards nRequired thermal energy supply parameters nMedium t t thot water modified according to SN 077401 nInlet temperature t twinter 95 C summer 85 C nReturn water temperature t twinter 75 C summer 65 C nMinimum differential pressure t100 kPa nDelivery point for invoicing measurement of heating water The invoicing heat meter for the Client s premises i e the Client s headquarters is at the point of connection to the on-site distribution located in the Client s gas boiler room nSubsidiary measurement in the buildings is not required by the Client nOperation conditions and requirements nThe Client requests the supply of thermal energy to the transfer point nThe Client requests to ensure the supply of thermal energy continuously throughout the year nAnother condition for the execution of the Order is the conclusion of a contract for the lease of a backup resource owned by the Client i e the gas boiler house specified above for a rent of CZK 1 207 711 38 excluding VAT for one 1 year of the lease period with the provision that the lease contract will be concluded for the entire duration of the thermal energy supply contract i e for a period of five 5 years from 23 September 2026 The contractor will maintain the leased equipment in accordance with the applicable standards and regulations for the operation of gas boilers with relevant valid revisions in accordance with the lease agreement n 09324000-6 District heating Capital Prague 09324000-6 District heating District heating - 12546454
