The collection yard is specified in the Collection Yard Lease Agreement and its Annex No. 1, which will be concluded with the selected supplier together with the Contract on the operation of the collection yard. On the basis of this Contract on the lease of the collection yard, the collection yard will be handed over to the selected supplier for use. The sample Contract on the lease of the Collection Yard including its Annex No. 1 forms Annex No. 2 to the tender documentation. The service of operating the collection yard provided includes, among other things, securing a permit to operate the collection yard as a facility intended for waste management pursuant to Section 21(2) of the Waste Act, which allows the selected supplier as the operator to operate the collection yard on its behalf within the scope and under the terms of the Contract on the operation of the collection yard, or securing the necessary change to the existing permit, if the selected supplier as the operator already operated the collection yard for the contracting authority immediately before the entry into force of the Contract on the operation of the collection yard and is the holder of a valid permit for its operation.
