ORDINARY AND WINTER MAINTENANCE OF ROADS IN THE CENTRAL BOHEMIAN REGION – KLADNO AREA

The Regional Road Administration and Road Maintenance of Central Bohemian Region, non-profit organization in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the Public Contract for the conclusion of a framework agreement will be the provision of routine and continuous road maintenance services under the administration of the Contracting Authority, according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority set out in the partial contracts. The selected supplier will be obliged to ensure the comprehensive provision of the requested services, including the means and equipment necessary for their provision, according to the current needs of the Contracting Authority. Routine maintenance includes basic summer and winter maintenance of roads according to Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which implements the Roads Act, in particular the following activities: cleaning and repairs of roads, railings and the surroundings of roads, including milling and repairing potholes, maintenance of traffic signs, maintenance of traffic equipment and other accessories, mowing grass and trees around roads, removing defects in vertical traffic signs, maintenance of roadsides and ditches or bridges, ensuring the passability of roads in winter, including ensuring the sprinkling of roads, removing snow, snowdrifts, inspection drives, dispatching services and emergency services. The subject of the Public Contract is defined in more detail in the annexes to the Tender Documentation, in particular in the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 to the Tender Documentation, and in its annexes. The Contracting Authority also provides the suppliers with the current winter maintenance operational plan as an informative document within the framework of Annex No. 13 of the Tender Documentation. The current winter maintenance operational plan, relevant for the performance of the Public Contract, will be issued and provided in accordance with binding legal regulations and the binding draft framework agreement, which forms Annex No. 1 of the Tender Documentation. with tender notice no. 675727-2026 published on 07 Oct 2026.
