It is a five-storey complex approved in 1994, which includes a ground-level extension of the energy center and the relevant service roads and roads. The reconstruction does not increase the number of usable floors or the size of the building (the completion will take place within the existing floor plan on the setback roof planes) and the structural system does not change. The main result will be the modernization and improvement of the services provided, modification of the layout, consistent solution of evacuation and escape routes, construction parameters and technical equipment of the building, insulation and replacement of perimeter windows and doors. The total capacity of accommodated seniors after the reconstruction will be 217.
