Součástí provozu kavárny a restaurace jsou venkovní prostory umožňující provoz venkovní zahrádky s posezením pro hosty kavárny a restaurace Vybraný dodavatel bude ve vymezených prostorách Kulturního domu Slavie provozovat/poskytovat restaurační a případně i cateringovou činnost za podmínek stanovených v koncesní smlouvě. Provoz restaurace bude odpovídat provozu samostatné restaurace, tj. restaurace provozované bez ohledu na konání akcí v Kulturním domě Slavie. Gastronomické činnosti v kavárně a dvou (2) barech budou poskytovány primárně v souvislosti s akcemi (eventy) konanými v Kulturním domě Slavie. Akcemi jsou v tomto kontextu myšleny zejména divadelní představení, jiná veřejná vystoupení, konference, koncerty, plesy a jiné jim podobné události pořádané v Kulturním domě Slavie. Podrobná specifikace předmětu plnění koncese, včetně technických podmínek v podrobnostech nezbytných pro zpracování nabídky, je uvedena v přílohách této zadávací dokumentace, a to zejména v příloze č. 1 – Obchodních podmínkách (formou závazného návrhu koncesní smlouvy) (dále také jen „Návrh smlouvy“), příloze č. 2 – Popis gastro provozů (dále také jen „Popis provozu“) a příloze č. 3 – Popis vybavení, dispozice (dále jen „Popis vybavení“).
