Prior to the start of the tender procedure for a public contract the contracting authority carries out this PTK The purpose of PTK is to obtain relevant information from suppliers in relation to the performance that is the subject of the upcoming public contract and to verify the setting of some requirements of the contracting authority in such a way that these requirements correspond to the needs of the contracting authority and at the same time the possibilities of the market As part of the PTK the contracting authority addresses suppliers from the affected performance area with the aim of carefully preparing the tender conditions and obtaining feedback from the relevant suppliers on the required subject of performance However the Contracting Authority also allows participation in the Consultation to all other relevant entities that have not been directly approached by it n nThe aim of the planned public procurement is to carry out a comprehensive external IT audit which will check the current state of the Contracting Authority s information technologies processes and data security with regard to applicable legislation The output will be a detailed audit report containing a list of findings identification of risks and a specific proposal for corrective measures in the form of an action plan including an estimate of the financial costs of implementing these measures as of the date of submission of the report 79212000-3 Auditor services 79212000-3 Performance of audits Performance of audits
