As part of the contract implementation, the supplier will provide the following services and performance in the processing of the stages of project documentation and provision of services listed below, all in a quality reflecting the supplier's comprehensive professional care: a) Preparation of project documentation for the Project permit and performance of engineering activities aimed at ensuring the valid Project permit, including complete provision of engineering activities necessary for issuing the Project permit, including ensuring the issuance of the valid Project permit. b) Preparation of project documentation for the implementation of the Project, including a list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements c) Preparation of project documentation for internal equipment d) Performance of designer supervision within the meaning of the provisions of Section 155 letter d) of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act e) Preparation of project documentation for the rehabilitation of the unsaturated zone in the Lower Vítkovice area (plot No. 1051/1 in the Vítkovice cadastral area) to the extent intended for the construction of the MUSEum+ building.
