Providing professional architectural services to support the digitalization of the City of Prague

The CAPITAL CITY PRAGUE in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the performance of public contracts awarded on the basis of a framework agreement will be the provision of technical and related professional services in the field of Enterprise Architecture (EA) for the purpose of Digitalization of the City of Prague (hereinafter referred to as "MHMP"), within the architectural office of the City of Prague, which fulfills the role of a central methodological, coordination and consulting workplace for all architectural areas in the environment of the City of Prague. The subject of the services will be the provision of the following performance in particular: • Ensuring the processes of Digitalization of the City of Prague; • Ensuring the continuity of the provided professional services (staffing) in the areas of business, application, technological (including infrastructure), security and solution architecture; - Professional and methodological support for the employees of the competence center; - Consultation and training in the field of architectural methodologies (TOGAF, Archimate, etc.); - Support for project and agile ICT management; - Providing cooperation in planning, designing and approving solutions for ICT systems and technological solutions; • Continuous review and development of existing methodologies of the architectural practice of the City Hall of Prague (including EA, cloud and agile architecture, etc.) in connection with the development of the TOGAF framework and in accordance with the requirements of the OHA of the Ministry of the Interior; • Continuous maintenance and development of the central repository and EA model (hereinafter EAR); - Development of ad-hoc required outputs (views); - Updating the model based on inputs from ongoing projects with an impact on the ICT architecture of the City Hall of Prague; - Updating the model based on ad-hoc requirements of the City Hall of Prague staff; - Creation and updating of the City Hall and Ministry of Defense environment models; - Management of the EAR environment, user management and training of EAR users; • Providing cooperation in the implementation of projects with an impact on the ICT architecture, primarily: - Digitization of the office; - Modernization of the data and network infrastructure of the City Hall of Prague, including cloud solutions; - Development of the application, data, technological and security architecture of the City Hall of Prague; • Development of the ICT security of the City Hall of Prague. with tender notice no. 708912-2026 published on 14 Oct 2026.
