The City of Dobruška in Czech Republic from Europe region has released this tender for The subject of the public tender is the provision of the service of operating the waste collection facility of the city of Dobrušky (hereinafter referred to as "waste collection facility") located at Čs. odboje street in Dobruška, for an indefinite period with the expected start date of actual operation of the waste collection facility from 01.01.2027. The waste collection facility will be operated by the selected contractor as the operator, functioning as a facility designated for handling waste in accordance with § 11 paragraph 1 letter r) of Act No. 541/2020 Sb., on Waste, as amended by subsequent regulations (hereinafter "the Waste Act"). The provision of the service of operating the waste collection facility includes the performance of activities specified in the Agreement on the operation of the waste collection facility, which will be concluded with the selected contractor, subject to the conditions set forth in this agreement. The template of the Agreement on the operation of the waste collection facility forms Appendix No. 1 of the tender documentation. The waste collection facility is specified in the Agreement on the lease of the waste collection facility and its Appendix No. 1, which will be concluded with the selected contractor together with the Agreement on the operation of the waste collection facility. Based on this Agreement on the lease of the waste collection facility, the waste collection facility will be handed over to the selected contractor for use. The template of the Agreement on the lease of the waste collection facility including its Appendix No. 1 forms Appendix No. 2 of the tender documentation. The provision of the service of operating the waste collection facility also includes, among other things, the guarantee of authorization for the operation of the waste collection facility as a facility designated for handling waste in accordance with § 21 paragraph 2 of the Waste Act, enabling the selected contractor as the operator to operate the waste collection facility in the scope and under the conditions of the Agreement on the operation of the waste collection facility, or the guarantee of necessary changes to the existing authorization, if the selected contractor, as the operator of the waste collection facility, was operating it directly for the tenderer prior to the effectiveness of the Agreement on the operation of the waste collection facility and is the holder of a valid authorization for its operation.
