Předpokládaný maximální rozsah plnění činí až 700 ks dobíjecích stanic. Součástí plnění je rovněž poskytování záručního servisu, zajištění autorizace osob určených zadavatelem k provádění servisních činností a dodávky náhradních dílů po dobu garantované životnosti zařízení. Dobíjecí stanice musí být kompatibilní se systémem provozovatele dobíjecí infrastruktury určeného zadavatelem a musí splňovat technické požadavky uvedené v zadávací dokumentaci. Předmětem veřejné zakázky není zajištění projektové, inženýrské ani stavební přípravy lokalit pro instalaci dobíjecích stanic ani následná správa a provoz dobíjecí infrastruktury po skončení záruční doby. Dílčí veřejné zakázky budou zadávány kombinací postupů s obnovením soutěže i bez obnovení soutěže mezi účastníky rámcové dohody v souladu se zákonem č. 134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody se třemi dodavateli na dodávky veřejných dobíjecích stanic pro elektromobily určených pro instalaci na parkovacích plochách a v garážích ve správě Technické správy komunikací hl. m. Prahy, a.s. Na základě rámcové dohody budou zadávány dílčí veřejné zakázky na dodávky: - dobíjecích stanic (wallboxy a samostatně stojící stanice), - externích řídicích jednotek pro správu skupin dobíjecích stanic, - platebních terminálů, - související montáže, instalace, zprovoznění, výchozí revize a zaškolení obsluhy.
