Součástí DS budou také platební terminály („PT“), které mohou být integrované do DS nebo samostatné, poskytující sdruženou obsluhu více DS. Vybraný Dodavatel bude Zadavateli na základě Rámcové dohody poskytovat následující plnění: • Implementace Systému, tj. softwarového nástroje vybraného Dodavatele, který bude zajišťovat funkcionality, resp. obsahovat moduly specifikované v Rámcové dohodě a jejích přílohách („Systém“), • provoz Systému po celou dobu trvání RD, resp. dílčích smluv uzavřených na jejím základě, jakož i provádění Rozvoje a úprav Systému dle konkrétních požadavků Zadavatele; • převzetí DS/PT do správy a servisu, zahrnující zejména připojení DS/PT do Systému a převzetí DS/PT k provádění servisu, • provádění servisu DS/PT v podobě pravidelné údržby, jakož i Doplňkového servisu (na objednávku), • službu dobíjení elektromobilů zahrnující zajištění dobíjení, zprostředkování plateb za dobíjení, výběr plateb za dobíjení a jejich vklad na Zadavatelem určený účet, with tender notice no. 391133-2026 published on 10 Jun 2026. Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody (dále jen „Rámcová dohoda“ nebo též „RD“). Předmětem Rámcové dohody je zajištění správy a servisu dobíjecích stanic („DS“) ve správě TSK, jejichž prostřednictvím je veřejnosti poskytována služba dobíjení elektromobilů. Předmětem správy a servisu zajišťovaného vybraným Dodavatelem budou 2 typy DS, a to DS typu 1 – AC (též tzv. „pomalé“), a DS typu 2 – DC (též tzv. „rychlé“).
