Specifications: Construction • Two-point weapon sling designed for long firearms (BREN assault rifles introduced into the Czech Armed Forces. • Allow the weapon to be carried on one shoulder or across the body. • The transition between individual shooting positions is made without the need to disconnect the sling. • Safe control for right- and left-handed people. Adjustment • Smooth, quick length adjustment with one hand while carrying the weapon. • The control element must be easy to touch even when using tactical gloves. • Adjustment must not require unfastening buckles or manipulating carabiners. Comfort • The shoulder part must be equipped with integrated padding. • The width of the padded part in the range of 50–60 mm. • The padding must distribute the weight of the weapon during long-term wear. • The padded part must not limit the function of quick length adjustment. Material • Webbing made of polyamide or a material with similar mechanical resistance. • Abrasion resistance. • UV resistance. • Low absorbency. • Mold-resistant material. Fittings • Buckles and adjustment elements made of high-strength polymer or metal intended for military use. • The design must prevent spontaneous loosening of the adjustment. • All seams must be made with high-strength thread. Dimensions • Total adjustable length of at least 180 cm. • Width of the carrying strap 25–40 mm. • Weight maximum 150 g (without end adapters). Compatibility • The ends of the strap must allow the installation of commonly used adapters (QD, HK, Paraclip or direct threading). Color version • Vz. 95 Durability • The strap must be designed for long-term service use in the conditions of the armed forces under all climatic conditions. • It must withstand normal loads during movement, shooting and handling of the weapon. The contract is concluded for a fixed period, i.e. for a period of 48 months from the signing of the contract and the effectiveness determined the date of publication in the register of contracts or until the total amount – the financial limit – is exhausted - this financial limit does not have to be met by the buyer. The contract will be performed on the basis of separate calls for performance issued by the buyer with performance within 30 working days from the mutual signing of the call. A duly completed and ELECTRONICALLY SIGNED DRAFT of the contract is an integral part of this RFP. The evaluation of the bids will be based on the bid price for one piece of weapon strap. The contracting authority will verify the qualifications of the bidder via the ARES web portal. Failure to meet some parts of the RFP will result in the bid of the given bidder not being accepted. Include in the total price all costs associated with delivery to the place of performance – VÚ 6624 Bechyně (VAT, transport to the destination, etc.). Other costs will not be allowed.
