The tender was published by LESY ESK REPUBLIKY S P on 18 Sep 2025 for Realization of construction work The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction and repair of the b l jezd 20 building as part of the reconstruction and repair the building will be modified - the replacement of outdoor interlocking paving and the storage sump the replacement of windows and entrance doors the entrance gate will be equipped with a new wooden fill and steel construction will be cleaned and new the existing floor covering of the i np will be removed including the base layer the cleaned treasure will be realized by a balancing self -leveling trowel thickness 20 mm on which ceramic tiles will be laid in the adhesive thickness 15 mm between the room 1 03 and 1 11 the door opening is bricked up and will be equipped with an inner stucco plaster in room 1 12 the partition will be carried out with an internal stucco plaster and the door opening of 800 mm which will create a common kitchen for the starting apartment and forest management employees new bathroom with toilet the existing internal plaster i np will be cleaned and preserved i estimate the need to realize new internal plasters at about 30 and on the southwest side of the building these plasters will be remedied replacement of the inner door wings i np replacement of wooden staircase reconstruction and repair of wiring new interior lighting and painting i np the existing rain leaks on the northeast facade will be equipped with new roof seams vertical downspouts to the southwest facade will be replaced by new ones the underpatient wooden moldings will be replaced which will be made of larch boards thickness of 30 mm copies of the existing part of the southwest facade is not provided with a contact thermal insulation system the existing plaster will be removed all over and cleaned with pressure water the prepared substrate will be equipped with a core plaster elevated and provided with an external fine stucco plaster with reinforcement fibers with increased resistance to cracks and reduced water absorption with a grain size of 0 5 mm the majority of the building is equipped with a contact thermal insulation system with a system plaster of light and dark green color the surface will be gently deprived of the facade mass plaster cleaned rolled and equipped with a new continuous nationwide layer of spatula with paraturing fabric facade mass and colored coating the contact thermal insulation system is locally mechanically damaged in these places the entire system of the system ie plaster and trowel to the original reinforcement fabric will be removed furthermore the plaster will be equipped with a penetration and coating of light and dark green colors for an external silicate -based environment all architectural elements will be preserved as part of the new plaster.
